Storey Modular Buildings for the staff of Diriyah Co,
covering an area of over 5,000 m² with a total occupancy
of 450 personnel. These buildings feature premium
interior finishes and exteriors that seamlessly align with
Diriyah’s traditional and cultural aesthetics, contributing
to the area’s heritage preservation and design continuity.
Ad Diriyah is a historic destination now revitalized
with Al Bujairi, a vibrant and beautifully restored
former palace showcasing exhibits on Saudi Arabia’s
rich history. This project represents a landmark
achievement in UNIFAB’ history, showcasing the
company’s commitment to innovation, quality
